Defeated with 1-3.
I had never throught that I’d be carried away with this European Championships. I followed a number of matches and some exerpts here and there, and slowly got infected with the Oranje (orange) Craze. Yes, I do have orange items, but mainly for Queens Day.
Tonight was actually the first time that I did dress up for the game.
Pathetic? Maybe.
Hopeful? Yes.
Dissapointed? Kind of.
The Russian Team was very good in shape and played just like the Dutch Team should have. I won’t elaborate on the results and the outcome and all of the shoulda-coulda-wouldas. It’s over.
I for one know for sure that the boys have done their utmost.
Congratulations Russia, good luck in the finals!
